Bell Environmental Services, a pest control industry leader for 60 years, is hiring a full-time, commercial sales representative for its bird control division – Bell Bird Control: www.bellbirdcontrol.com. This representative would be responsible for sales of our custom bird exclusion systems which are designed to prevent birds from roosting on and in buildings and other structures. This position also entails overseeing the installation of these bird exclusion systems and supervising a team of trained technicians.

Training is provided, but candidate must have previous sales experience; construction knowledge; ability to read plans, blueprints, and detailed specifications; familiarity with OSHA-30 and safety priorities. Qualifications:

• Knowledge of sales, bids, and proposal processes.
• Knowledge of light construction/carpentry skills, scaffolding and boom lifts.
• Ability to generate business and build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation and resolution skills.
• Self-starter and highly organized.
• Account management and customer service
